Trix BR210 (gas turbine model)

I bought this model from Mullers in Karlsruhe.
It runs very well, I use Lenz DCC, and I like the model very much but some of the sound functions do not work when others are working.

zb. f7 gives the realistic turbine noise but when this is running the horn, f5, does not work.

I have written (Email) to Trix over two weeks ago but have had no response.

I think that there is a fault in the sound generator!
Can anyone help me with this problem. Must I return the model to Trix?
